My love for fashion and pastries was evident from a young age and has gotten stronger throughout the years. The more I know, the more I find endless possibilities to fulfill my dreams. Growing up as a Korean in Germany gave me the ability to appreciate both cultures tremendously. Influencing my outlook on fine living, especially in terms of beauty, art, and precision.
After studying fashion design for 4 years, I spent the following 14 years as a stylist for a fashion magazine.
My ambition to grow brought me to Paris, the heart of pastries. Here I worked tirelessly on "So BANG", my concept of an online shop. Bang derives from my name and "So BANG" should be an expression translating to "so me".
With my extensive experience as a fashion stylist, my ideas and designs for the biscuits come naturally from fashion itself. It was a perfect way combining these two passions.
The main collection of biscuits will be launched in spring and autumn during Paris Fashion Week. Additionally however, I will personalize biscuits for special occasions.
Rest assured that all shortbread biscuits are homemade and decorated by hand, using royal icing sugar.
